As the days pass on
The clouds roll in
Trying to stay strong
Trying to live
Feeling as if I get older
I'll never let go
Feeling my hands grow colder
I have no effort to show
Even if you broke my heart
I always cared for you
Even if you didnt show love from the start
It still was something grand and new
No matter why you left
It doesnt matter to me
You stole my heart, took it for theft
I know its something hard to believe
But I've waited all this time
I've wasted so much to
Waited to call you mine
Waited for your tough love to seep through
I guess all my waiting was wasted
And you left me here to weep
Your love was fake, copied and pasted
Seen you down town with someone else, someone rather cheap
My love for you is over
I wont struggle with the thoughts
I can say this when Im sober
While you sit at the bar taking multiple shots
You missed out on a good thing
And you get to sit and regret
While Im out and free to sing
You have nothing else to do but fret -
that is really really amazing. i mean AMAZIFYALICIOUSING!! i dont know why i just made up a word to describe it :) but it a great poem. seriously
