Apologies
I apologize for being a failure.
I apologize for ruining your lives.
I apologize for being so f---ing worthless.
But I try.
I try to be better than that.
What you don't understand is that I can't hold it in.
I can't keep this burning feeling inside.
But you don't know about my affliction.
You don't know about my life.
You don't know me.
I will never be who I was before.
I apologize for changing.
But sometimes, I don't even care.
About you.
Or me.
Because everything I do in life is wrong.
And you always make sure to rub it in my face every damn time I mess up.
I apologize for being human.
I apologize for growing up.
I apologize for the way my brain is making me act.
I just can't control it.
