I woke up this morning to my little sis screaming at the top of her lungs that the zombies had broke the defenses and crossed the border in the middle of the night.

It had been months since the last broadcast aired on the radio. An outbreak of zombies had taken over most of the world. The only people left were in scattered groups fighting each other. I was camped in an old neighborhood. Probably not the best desicion, but I needed the shelter. I heard a scream from down the street. I ran outside with my crossbow to see what was going on.

I ran down stairs to see the news. My sister had been fending for our selves ever since our parents never came back from the business trip.
