I had taken the day of from work, for I'd fallen ill. Halfway through the day I got a call from the Station. I assumed they wanted to be sure I was alright. Oh, why couldn't it have been that? There'd been a robbery at the bank, Tyler was one of the two employes shot when te authorities showed up. I'd rushed to the hospital, and sat by his side for the last few hours of his life. I cried for days on end, just like when I'd lost my baby girl. Except this time, there was no one there to comfort me.

you spelled 'off', 'employees', and 'the' wrong xD.
Other then that, it's great! Such powerful emotion is incorporated into such a small paragraph xD -
