Kujuto was still reeling from Lena's death when Quinn snapped him out of his trance,
"Oi, Kujuto!" Quinn yelled
"what." Kujuto grimaced.
"Moping won't bring Lena back... we need to plan the expedition."
"Why? I'm gonna die."
"Don't say that dude."
"No," Kujuto turned to Quinn, "I know for a fact I will die in the fight in the mansion." -
"What?" Quinn looked worried
"As an empath myself..." Kujuto chuckled. "But seriously I will die. I've seen it so..."
Kujuto formed the Binary Blade
"take it Quinn"
"But..."
"Take the damn blade"
Quinn grabbed it and sheathed it. Kujuto turned to the planning board and thought for a moment.
"how many people do we have left?"
"me, you. and Jovi."
"ok.... we'll do it tonight"
"WHAT!"
"yeah." -
"Kujuto are you f---ing insane???"
"No. Think about it Quinn... the less time we give Shoko to prepare the more luck and advantage we'll have. Check on Jovi and get ready. We leave at 6:00"
Quinn stared at Kujuto oddly. Kujuto knew this look but ignored it and retreated to his room to prepare. In reality Kujuto was close to pissing himself out of fear for tonight. But not for his own life, he didnt care about that, his comrades were his priority. -
"We're ready!" Quinn called to Kujuto when it was time.
"Good, Quinn can I talk to you privately for a minute?"
"Um Sure...." Quinn walked to the other room with Kujuto.
"You know what you have to do right?"
"Decapitate Shoko?"
"Cool. Let's go."
"Wait. When will you die in the battle?" Quinn asked worryingly.
"I honestly don't know haha!" Kujuto smiled, "Let's go!"
Quinn followed Kujuto and Jovi out of the door as Kujuto made a portal to Shoko's mansion.
"Figures..." Jovi muttered as she saw the mass of guards outside the mansion.
"Allow me." Quinn said while drawing the Sourusuraisā and slicing through 20 men with relative ease leaving about 10 more. The men ran.
"f---in p---- s..." Kujuto sighed and began heading into the mansion. -
Shoko rose from his seat.
"Our guests have arrived"
"What shall we do sir?" A butler asked.
"Allow them in. I wouldn't want to be a bad host would I?" -
The butlers opened the door confusing the group
"Huh" Kujuto said, "Ok then"
They all walked into the mansion greeted by Shoko
"You three have made it very far haven't you?" Shoko asked -
"Goddammit..." Quinn sighed.
"What the hell are you planning for us Sho--- AUGH" Bon Jovi coughed blood as Shoko impaled her with a bare fist.
"s---! BON!" Kujuto yelled, "SHOKO!!! YOU f---ING-"
"Be quiet Demon." Shoko said calmly, washing his hands off, "You are in my abode... You will not address me with profanity. Get that through your primitive skull."
"Not yet Kujuto..." Quinn put his hand out.
"Why not Kujuto? Use your primitive powers and attack me. Or are you scared of attacking your old brethren?"
"YOU AREN'T MY BROTHER!" Kujuto screamed.
"Pity... Release him Quinnsted. I shall dispose of him."
"Do it Quinn" Kujuto was stone-faced. Quinn released Kujuto as Shoko appeared behind him.
"s---!" Kujuto was fast and parried Shoko's attack.
"ARA PISTOL!!!" Kujuto sent Shoko flying but Shoko made no noise. -
"NOW DO YOU SEE HOW BETTER I AM?! YOU ARE INFERIOR TO YOUR GOD!" Shoko screamed as he hit Kujuto from everywhere.
"Agh Augh f--- ahhhhh," Kujuto vomited blood, "Y-you... I'll k-kill you..." Kujuto socked Shoko's nose causing blood to pour out. Kujuto began to twitch as he was overrun with binary.
"HRRAAAAAHHHHH SHOKOOOOO"
"PATHETIC WRETCHHHH"
They struck at the exact same time.
Kujuto had torn off Shoko's arm. Shoko.... Shoko had Impaled Kujuto -
Kujuto's eyes widened as the reality of the situation set in. He was about to die. He needed Quinn to know what to do. Using binary he transfused his Binary Energy into the sword.
"Q-Quinn... Use the blade.... Now...." Kujuto's eyes went glossy and he fell to the ground.
Kujuto has died
"KUJUTO!!!! NOOOO!" Quinn drew the blade as soon as Shoko attacked managing to parry him right on time.
"pathetic." Shoko smacked Quinn but Quinn caught himself and lunged at Shoko with the blade.
"FOUNDATION SLAAAAASH!" Quinn managed to get a pretty nasty gash in. -
"KeeheeheehahaKAHAHAHA!!" 8 bloody hands reached out from the wound.
"Gah!" Quinn would cut the hands and they would just keep reaching
"BEHOLD THE POWER OF A GOD!!!" Shoko screamed.
"HRAHHHHHHH!!!!" Quinn cut through the hands with sheer will. Blood filled to his pupils. he had ruptured a blood vessel.
"IMPOSSIBLE!" Shoko shouted as Quinn lunged at him -
"SHOOOKOOOOO" Quinn would continue parrying Shoko's attacks as he lunged bringing the blade swiftly to Shoko's head
"sleep." Shoko said calmly as he held Quinn back.
"s---" Quinn fell asleep immediately -
As soon as he entered his dream he would slit his own throat and wake himself up.
"GRAHHHHH" his eyes were bloodshot as he lunged toward Shoko
"INFERIOR!" Shoko would pin Quinn down with the blood arms. "The MV's reign of terror is over"
"Reign of terror?"
"You f---ing terrorists ruin everything." Shoko would say calmly -
"Terrorists?!?! What the f---???" Quinn yelled as he watched Shoko like a hawk
"You ruin everything. Don't act like you don't know what Kujuto did." Shoko stared at Quinn with a piercing gaze
Quinn knew how many people Kujuto killed mercilessly but it didn't matter. It was for the greatness of the multiverse... right?
Just then Shoko attacked and Quinn parried -
"ahhhhhh I see... That pathetic welp brainwashed you. he wants to rule everything for himself. You poor soul." Shoko said mockingly pitfiful.
"Listen. I don't really know what to believe any more. so... I'LL JUST HAVE TO TAKE DLE FOR MYSELF!" An evil grin came across quinn's face as he mercilessly attacked.
"WHAT?" Shoko was having a hard time dodging
"HAHAHAHA" Quinn was now insane. killing and slicing anything in his way.
"BLOODHOUNDS!" Shoko used Kujuto's blood to summon his Bloodhounds. Quinn was too fast though and destroyed them in 3 swift hits. Shoko was terrified and began to crawl away. Quinn would sheathe his sword and calmly approach Shoko.
