Chapter One: Allia’s POV
Have you ever thought that you might want to run away from the truth? Well, that’s me. I like to hide from what really matters. It doesn’t matter to me what happens, just so you all know, I hate myself in every way possible. For starters, I would not tell people about what is going on in my life or how I would run it. I hate how my siblings are always trying to put me down in everything and how they would just put me down over every little thing that is going on in my life. Even my parents. My parents like to put me down and show me no mercy.
I walked to my classroom. With a blow-pop on my back. Damn it, I thought. This school really pisses me off. I took it off and saw the new kid look at me with a worried look on his face.
He walked up to me and made a hand gesture. It was to make me give him the blow-pop, so I did. He put it in his mouth. I looked over to Dametri and he shrugged his shoulders. I blushed and looked away from the new kid. No one was this nice to me before. I have normally hated myself for my attitude. -
Chapter 2: Eli/Hawk’s Pov:
I saw her. She sees me. She walks to her next class, which is my next class. Her name: Allia Larusso. We have been friends since elementary school. Well, “had” been. We are not anymore. She’s my lab partner. I went over to the desk and sat in it.
“So... How’re you today?” I asked her.
“Feel like s---,” she said to me.
“I am sorry,” I told her in a whisper.
“It’s fine,” she said.
After class, she left. She is so pretty and cute. I know people hate her for her attitude and personality, but she’s been through a hell a lot more than anyone could imagine.
