Thread Topic: basic concept for a stowwy

This isn't to fleshed out, but here it goes. There is a main character person. They live in this large city, with lots of neon billboards everywhere. Anyways there is this cartoon character that everyone loves, advertised on most of the signs. Main character finds it slightly creepy. (totally not foreshadowing)
ANyway nameless main character was born with an abnormality....a glowing blue swirl on his left hand. -
So these evil dudes show up and start chasing him around the town. He gets an anonymous note and is chased around. (this is not fully fleshed out.) The evil people are very suspicious and claim they need him for the better good.

Then, The overlord demons in hecc are meeting up. When a small but annoying cloaked demon joins them. All the overlords are clearly annoyed by this demon, and say they don't have enough soul contracts to join the overlord ranks. Then the demon reaveals they have more than anyone else in the room. When one of the demons joke nervously if they are planning to take over the world, they say they already have- just not by force.

Anyways nameless main character is cuaght by evil people and it is revealed that they simply need thier help to defeat the real villian. the real villian is not who anyone suspected, and is [INFORMATION REDACTED]

If I do make said story I will post it here, probobaly so then you will know who the villian really is.
I(f I don't give up on it and lose motivation to continue, like the last 40 books I tried to work on.) -
So if you have any feedback, you can reply if do would like. Just want to know if anyone would read anything so bizarre, and weird.
