Charlotte walked down the streets on her way to the bakery.

She stepped in and out of puddles purposefully. She liked the feeling of walking on wet shoes with wet socks.

She pondered about the kind of bread she was going to buy as the rain slowly stopped pouring, the puddles rippling brightly. -

Suddenly a skateboarder ran into her, knocking her down to the ground. Now this wouldn't do, now her entire self was sopping wet. -

"Watch where you're going!" Charlotte yelled angrily, getting up and brushing herself off. At least her bag wasn't soaked. -
Charlotte started walking with a huff. So far this was not a good day.

The bakery was filled with a warm glow. When she pushed the door open, the warmth and the scent of fresh pastries wrapped around her.
