Disney messed up a whole bunch of stories.

Like Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, and so on.

The book the giver was an amazing book with many amazing characters the movie completely dismantled it and ruined everything the giver was going for.

The Little Princess. The book is way better.

The books are almost always better because you can see the mind of the character, and the thought process and everything. With a movie that's all lost unless you have a cringe narrator.

I hate having narrators, though. That's one of the reasons I don't like Milo and Otis.

It sort of sucks the life out of the movie, depending on what it is.

And if the have a monotone voice, it's perfectly awful.
