  "Nothing could have been helped, Kali." "Yes there could have, Kenneth, I'm a goddess and i let my best friend's daughter die." Kali said, pacing in the living room. "You're putting too much blame on yourself." "No I'm not, it was my fault, I didn't see you do anything about it did you?" "No I didn't but that's because I knew she was going to die anyways, it's life Kali--" Kali cut Kenneth off as he put a hand on her shoulder "--I know that, Kenneth, but she still could have lived." "You know, maybe if you weren't such a f---ing humanitarian all the time maybe you could accept the fact she was going to die anyways--" With that last sentence, Kali grabbed a knife and stabbed Kenneth in the chest. and twisted it, you could hear the sound of the ribcage cracking as the knife turned. Blood was everywhere, as Kenneth fell to the ground, bloody and with his last breath, he whispered "i loved you.." and dropped dead. Kali couldn't believe what she had just done, she fell to her knees and let the tears roll down her cheek, "i loved you too.." she whispered over his dead body.
