Appearance: Chloe has a plump, slightly curvaceous (though a little overweight) figure. She has ivory-colored skin with rosy red cheeks, yellow-green eyes and choppy neck-length, jet black hair. Her attire consists of gold-colored earrings, dark sunglasses covering her eyes, a black fedora with a silver pattern going all the way around the hat, a matching blouse with a silver dress shirt with gold-colored buttons underneath, a skirt with a black bow matching the undershirt (that goes to about the knees), a silver choker with a black pattern and a black bow and black flats.
Personality: Chloe is diligent and devoted to her work, though tries to keep her talent the least talked about topic possible. Despite this, Chloe likes being given praise about anything else she does and enjoys being in the center of attention. Chloe has a mind up in the clouds and frequently comes up with ideas that aren't even close to realistic. She means the best for her friends and likes being kind to others, but can sometimes be extremely impatient or unintentionally insensitive towards the wants or needs of others. She's quite clumsy, and at times even lazy. She particularly likes eating food, as she claims it is one of her favorite things to do.
History: Chloe grew up playing dress-up a whole lot, and her favorite holiday has always been Halloween where she could wear different costumes and disguises. Her mother was a police officer while her father worked at a costume shop. Chloe would frequently visit the costume shop and dress up in items that weren't being sold. One day, when Chloe's mother picked her up, she had to go to the police station because she forgot something and Chloe had taken a bag of dress-up items her father gave her from his job with her. When at the police station, Chloe went in the bathroom and changed into the outfit. She got lost in the police station and slipped out of the building while looking for her mother. She walked up to and scared a person vandalizing a building nearby. Officers, including Chloe's mother, came outside to see what the commotion was about and caught the person committing the vandalism and arrested him. They praised Chloe for catching him and Chloe had never been so proud of herself.
Eventually, Chloe joined forces with the police station and used different disguises to trick and catch different people doing crimes, including some fugitives who have been wanted for years. She became well-known for this and Hope's Peak Academy invited her to the school.

- Chloe is a Greek name that means "green plant" or "fresh blooming" while Yamazaki means "mountain promontory"
- Chloe's e-Handbook states that she likes dressing up and eating and dislikes stormy weather and loud noises.

Let me make a quick change in Cecile's history and say that she was born out of love. Her mother was just murdered and her father thought it was unsafe for her to live in an environment like that so he moved back to his home country and joined the military.

No wait. Her mother lived in Germany with her father, and he was already in the military by the time she was pregnant. Then she died while giving birth to the child, and Cecile's father gave Cecile to his friends to raise until he came back home from the military.

Changing some of Kimi's history. She actually decided to look scene because of the taste in music she acquired after deciding to see a therapist. She wanted to look more like Bou, a member of Antic Cafe (a band she discovered and eventually began to like).

One of Kimi's co-workers at the haunted house also like rock music and Antic Cafe, so they suggested it to her and that's how Kimi got into the band.

Changing some of Hikaru's history. He became famous as an animal enthusiast because he was already popular in his small neighborhood for helping pets out with behavioral problems and such, using the knowledge he gained from the zoo and his father. Neighborhood people grew to village people, to town people and even city people. More and more people began to come to him for assistance with their pets. He gained quite the knack for massaging, communicating with and even training people's pets. So much so that he became so popular that Hope's Peak Academy discovered him and invited him to the school.

Appearance: Chikako has a slightly scrawny figure with an average stature. Her skin is pale with dark brown freckles and she has forest green eyes and bright ginger hair tied into a braid with a small red bow and falling over the right shoulder. She wears a dark gray equestrian trench-coat with a light silver belt and white button-down shirt underneath, and near the lower waist is where the coat separates and shows off a pair of light silver pants as her bottoms. She also wears nearly knee-high dark grey boots on her feet.
Personality: Chikako is diligent and loves doing what she does with every fiber of her being. She is also very compassionate and kind-hearted, always lighting up the room with her big smile and good humor. On the bad side, though, Chikako is naive and sometimes doesn't know when to take things seriously. She is fiercely competitive and can at times be a sore loser when she fails at something. This can lead to her being pouty and slightly bratty, but that's only when things get out of hand. It doesn't take much for her to be happy again, though.
History: Chikako grew up on a farm with a bunch of animals. She grew to love and take care of them immensely. Her favorite animals, however, were the horses, and she had begged her parents to teach her how to ride them. After practicing and practicing, Chikako decided to make her hobby an actual profession, and that's when she decided to become professional. She entered many competitions with her horses and won many medals, becoming well-known for her talent and invited to Hope's Peak Academy.
Trivia:
- Chikako means "fragrant child" while Arakawa means "wild river".
- Chikako's e-Handbook states that she likes animals and playing in the dirt and dislikes dressing up and gourmet food.
