Nature NoviceHe charged up his horn and the room immedially filled with a bright flash of light. I shielded my eyes with my other hoof until the light died down. When I removed my hoof, he was gone. I could find him nowhere. hmm... Maybe he teleported away, I thought. I walked to the door in darkness, but the chains still held me. I lowered my head in guilt and trotted back to the table. I sat there and put my hooves on the table. I buried my head in my hoovees and started to sob softly. I could feel the cold chains. Tears were starting to make their way on my face and reached my hooves. What did I do? Why should I live again? This is my third chance to live! The truth is nopony care about me. Why should the save me? I better be dead on the first try. Now, I'm truly a lucky soul... I thought deeper to what has happened. I didn't know how many time passed when I suddenly awoken by a warm hoof. "Hey..." The pony whispered softly. I opened my eyes, and turned my head toward the direction of the voice. A light green coated pony, with yellow and purple striped mane(looks like Lyra Heartstrings, if you want to know). Her right forehoof wrapped itself around my body. Her other hoof pushed something on the table to me. "Light it up.." She said softly. I took notice that it was a candle and a stick. I lit the candle with the stick and the room was brighter. "How do you feel?" She asked gently. I didn't reply. Instead, I focused my attention at the lit up candle. Tears started to form at the corner of my eyes again and I replied, "nothingness.." "Would you like to taste this bowl of soup?" She asked. "No, thanks." I answered.
