It's called TritanOpe Eye
The main characters are
Chiniro- an alien who comes to Earth and pretends to be...not an alien
Ardor Lee- first non-alien to meet Chiniro, hates factoring and anything to do with factoring.
Kogiya- Chiniro's younger brother
More to be announced.
It starts with Ardor Lee trying to factor, but then looks out the window. A Big Stupid Truck, from Big Stupid Truck, Inc., has parked outside of the house that had been abandoned for a while.
Ardor comments on their dumb appearance, and resumes attempting to factor. Then a THUD emanates from the outside, and Ardor decides to help the new neighbors move in.
When she (although technically lacking a gender, Ardor was assigned the female gender by "her" parents and goes by it for simplicity) sees Chiniro, she realizes that this person has black eyes with white pupils. Chiniro explains it as a "genetic mutation" (suuuuuuuuure) and business ensues.
