My grandmother has been in the hospital for months, slowly dying everyday. I have been wanting to write a song really bad, and I couldn't think of anything. Then I thought of writting something from the heart, and that would be her. Can anyone help out? I just need like starting lyrics, not the whole song. I always get stuck on how to start a song, but I can do the middle and ending. Thanks. Much love, Icy

That's really awful. What kind of song were you looking for... something upbeat and happy or slow and sweet?

Well, most likely a sad song. Not to slow but not too fast, you know? I want it to be about like, "not knowing what you have until you loose it" that's pretty much the message. Uhm like I love her, and she's going to be in heaven. It's hard to explain. But you get what I'm saying?

It's great lyrics but, how does that really go with the idea of the song? I was just trying to think of a way but, I don't really know.

Well, that would only explain half of the idea~ that you love her and she'll end up in heaven... also that she's unique, and you love her for that.
