It's a series by Dale E. Bayse and it is absolutely brilliant! There are so many references in the first book alone. Unlike other series, the second book is actually good.
Basically, it's about a brother and sister that die and get sent to Heck, a school for bad kids. The principal's name is Bea "Elsa" Bubb and the kids are trying to escape. -
The book sounds awesome. I'll look for it.
