actually menos mean minus. makes sence right? then bueno mean good.

Yea. You got that right. mas means more or add and mal means bad. I take Spanish too. I'm better writing it than speaking it though.

it's actually malo means bad.

Well...it depends who is saying it. In this case, malo means bad if a male was feeling bad or someone saying it to a male. The ending 'o' changes it.
