My little sis go onto my account bc i leave myself logged in, and she posted something and said her age, and now im in trouble and i need to delete my account but I cant find that button, and idk what the penalty is but i also lost my email account password, and my parents wont let me get a new one, and i have no idea what is like fines, suspension or anything PLEASE POST SOMETHING!!!!!

You can't delete an account, or create a new account with the same email as an existing one.

And there isn't any penalty to you specifically. Just the account itself. No need to panic.
Just forget about the account altogether and make a new one is my advice. -

Users can't delete their own account on their own.
You're still allowed to use the site as long as you're 13+
