I've already explained this to you. And you've said goodbu=ye many times. I'm starting to not think you mean it. You're not being silenced. You're not spaming, you're flooding, and that's why the thing pops up. It just wants you to take your time and maybe figure out wahat you're going to say.

Not exactly. Sparkle is very stubborn in her beliefs that this site should go her way, and I'm trying to make her realize that not everything goes your way.

Newbies have a bigger restriction when it comes to making new threads to prevent spam. I believe you can only make two a day, whereas others that have a higher status can make more than one.
As for the seconds added between posts, that’s also to prevent spam. It decreases as you level up. -
