How did you become moderators? Could your average Gotoquiz user become a moderator?

Moderators are users that have been hand picked by GTQ Guy. We haven't had a new moderator addition to the team in a few years now, but theoretically, your "average Gotoquiz user" can become a mod. That's how the rest of them became one!
