  i dont have any measurements you just gota wing it. get a bowl of snow, add a little vanilla extract make sure you dont add too much (imitation works perfectly fine), put sugar on top make sure to add plenty. lastly add milk, you dont want to add too much or it will become very liquidy, then stir and enjoy
