I personally like putting sauteed onions, or ham and then wrap it in a tortilla and eat it like that. Or sometimes I like to put an assortment of veggies like onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, and/or spinach and sautee that before adding the egg. Chorizo is another good kind of meat to have with scrambled eggs.
