A way to sticky post (posts that, if important, can stay at the top until unstickied)

At your first item on the list... NO. Then we'd have oodles of moronic newbs sticking all of their pointless threads up. If we were to add something like that, it would probably be the option to watch threads, that way you can just go to your list of watched ones and find it from there.

On a few of the imageboards I go on, only the mods can sticky posts.

True, I was thinking have only a few specific members able to do that though.
Although I like the idea of watch threads. -
I think we also need a log out button. I can never log out even when deleting histroy, passwords ect..

A second offbeat. For the stuff that the current offbeat is used for. This way, the current offbeat goes back to the way it was, and p&p can actually have things to do with psychology and personality. -
And of course, the option to change passwords. Not my idea, but definitely one of the best.

I think right now, Admins and Janitors are what are truly needed along with a password change system.
After that, we can worry about cosmetic changes -
So...
Password change
Admins
PM system
Log out button
Second offbeat/other new board
Other less practical changes
