When you go to create a quiz there should be an option to log back into a previous quiz using the title and passphrase. Entering the correct details there should enable you to access previous quizzes you've created

If it's one you made and didn't link to a profile, you would use the passports as stated.
If it's attached to another account, you might be able to unlink it from one account and then link it to another one, but I'm not quite sure...?
Is it a quiz you were working on with that account or another account?
