For some reason, the ability to upload a profile picture on this account is unavailable, despite it now being Junior
As you can see here... the option is just unavailable. It doesn't show up. Nor does it show up for a friend when they access this account either

You can get a profile pic from that. -
It doesn't work. I've tested that for the account above. Seems to just be an issue with the account or perhaps likely due to the random level jump that happened w the account

Have either of you tried it on a computer? For a little while with my account, I was unable to change my pfp from my phone, but it worked on the computer
