I've seen several Newbies with unique PFP's, but that shouldn't be possible.
So how is it possible? -
I know i'm not a mod, but it's pretty easy.
They just link a quiz and it grants them permission to change their pfps for a small amount of time. -

how do i do this
i must know -
Go on your profile
Then click on "link a quiz" if you see it
It'll tell you to type in a username and a password
This is what most people use tho...
Username is "random quiz"
Password is "random"
Then go to your profile page and it'll say "set your picture" near your join date -
You link this quiz:
Random Quiz
password: Random
