The original moderators were chosen by GTQ Guy after nominations were made by the active user base. More moderators have been added from mod nominations (which were modeled after user recommendations).
It is unknown whether or not more mods will be added in the future."

There is no account level requirements. For behaviour, we usually try look out for people with a good sense of responsibility and maturity I suppose.
Although technically, there are no exact rules on how you're supposed to behave if you want to become a moderator lol - many of the first moderators became mods when they were very young so ...
But yeah probably a good sense of responsibility, maturity and a good relationship with the site (as in, no constant rule breaking and bad behaviour) as well as a good idea of the rules and how to improve gtq ig? And the ability to get along with others and communicate with them are behaviours many of the moderators would look out for if they were interested in finding a new mod -

Not that you’d be a bad mod, but you haven’t been here for a long time and there are definitely a lot of better choices than you.

@Snowflake- At the moment, we have enough moderators, but if more were to be chosen, they'd need to be watched rather closely and be ensured they won't abuse their power. It's not as easy as just a click of a button, since GTQ Guy is very inactive.

Is it because i haven't made a quiz?
I, Slash declare that in 2 years time my account will be at Senior status. Or higher -
It's really hard to make a quiz when you've got a 1'7 inch phone.

Quizzes have nothing to do with it. I'm a mod. This is my main account now, but on my old one I only have 1 quiz

No, i mean it gives you that respect from other users when you are at a higher status.
