The advancement from "Novice" to "Junior" is a very long, slow process.
Your status increases when multiple people take, rate, and comment on all of your quizzes. Try advertising them more. Also, keep in mind that quality is better than quantity. One well written quiz will get more views than five poorly written quizzes. -
