You've requested us to pin multiple threads of yours recently. The only thread that is pinned that doesn't meet the criteria is the one in the Garage; it was pinned as a joke and will eventually be removed.
I will discuss with the others whether or not your coding guide should be pinned, but please keep in mind you've asked us to pin numerous threads... and we keep declining for a reason. -

it's not really in depth. if it was locked nobody would be able to add anything either. if it gets expanded on enough to actually be a useful guide to coding then maybe it can be pinned, but as it is it's little more than just saying the definition of coding.
