1. My two quizzes are locked and I can't publish any changes or delete it without administrator approval? Why not? Nothing's offensive in there.
2. My bar does go down when I delete quizzes, is that a glitch or is it just the consequence of deleting? -
Also, the two quizzes I'm talking about are #1 in taylor swuft category and #2 on festured quizzes. I don't want to delete them I'm just curious why it's like that.

It's just a consequence. You're basically throwing away all your work so it effects your bar.

Quizzes get locked when they get promoted in some way, to the front page or top quizzes, etc.
This thread is locked, therefore no new posts can be made.
