  First, thanks for bringing out the issue.
  I've faced the same problem on a keypad touch mobile. It thinks the dials are pictures.
  
  What I advice you is, try making quizzes on other platforms. A PC or another device would do the work.
  
  Plus, if you have the time, you should probably email GTQ Guy here: admin@gotoquiz.com. If he sees your email, he might respond. Besides, he doesn't check the suggestions or issues brought up on the forums, I guess. (Maybe I'm wrong, idk)
