you're butthurt because people that are actually decent want to become mods and are even attempting to put the pros and cons on why they want to be one in the first place
but of course you decide who becomes a moderator or not!!!!!!!!!
they are simply putting themselves out there so maybe if GTQ Guy ever happens to come on he can see it and consider it
because new mods seem like a good idea -
I'm not saying all of these canidates are bad. And no, we don't decide who becomes a moderator. However, these threads started up because of you. You trying to shut us down caused a flood of users trying to make themselves seem like moderator worthy material. We have to sort out other ordeals, such as locking threads, before we get new moderators. The four or five of us still around are doing the job just fine and we're aware many people want to join the ranks. If we were to have nominations, we'd rather like for it to be organized, not strewn about the forum.

I mean good for these people of GTQ Guy picks them and all but we just simply aren't looking and I don't think he is either.

I'm not responsible for people actually wanting to be apart of the moderation system, that's on them. I don't remotely help them create the threads, they do it on their own will. I just simply want new moderators and I'm getting sick and tired of seeing the same old people and same old rhetoric.
And you think it's MY responsibility to organize it? I thought moderators were suppose to "manage". If you want it to be organized, make the damn thread yourself. -
I'm also not saying these people aren't great. Like some of the nominations are cool. But it's better to hear them from other users. It's one thing for you to tell someone about yourself. Its another to hear from a wide variety of users. They can really tell us if the person does what they claim they do. They can vouch for the person. It also shows who is for them, which means we'll know who won't get as much hate and will be easy for other users to relate to.

No, we don't want ANYTHING to be organized. We don't want all of these "me for moderator" threads. If we wanted a nomination we would have said so. :/

And again, you think they are "just cool" because you don't think they can reach your petty and high standards. If they can move their mouse and click buttons, type coherent words and relate to everybody, I'm definitely good with dat. I'm tired of the same mods having only one view on something, it's like neither of any of them think for themselves or perceive situations in different lights.

You want new moderators because you are sick of seeing the old moderators? That sounds more like a personal problem. You are just going to treat the "future moderators" the same once they don't impress you or do as you say.

We are not currently looking for more nominations. We already have the list of nominees from our last round of elections that we're waiting to hear back from GTQ Guy on.
