Gtq guy is trying to fix that. Some of us are having that problem. :/ -
To help me out with this, can you answer these questions?
What device are you using? Specifically, what is the exact model?
What is the browser? If there is an "About" option in your browser that tells the exact version, what is it?
Go here and copy the line under "Your Browser User Agent String is" and paste it here. -
PS anyone else having this problem, please do the same!

I have a Nokia Lumia 635. It says that it falls under Internet Explorer, but this is on the site
Mozilla/5.0 (Mobile; Windows Phone 8.1; Android 4.0; ARM; Trident/7.0; Touch; rv:11.0; IEMobile/11.0; NOKIA; Lumia 635; BOOST) like iPhone OS 7_0_3 Mac OS X AppleWebKit/537 (KHTML, like Gecko) Mobile Safari/537
This phone is s--- (excuse my language) so I would understand it being like it is, but confusing.
I deeply apologize. I didn't see that thread. ;-; -
