Calm down. This is the internet. You're going to get harassed. Everyone does. Everyone will. It's life. You can't rage at the mods for being busy. They have their personal life too.

See. Harassment is part of life on the Internet. Besides, the user has not did anything that bad. They don't spam or start trouble. They don't curse you out. They don't break boxes. I don't see them as a troll, yet.

Br0wnie already explained to you that until a true racial slur/insult comes from their mouth, we can't really do anything. I can take harassment into account, but it's not exactly harassment either, so I'm not sure what all we can do. Just because someone is annoying you doesn't mean we can ban them. -
