You've got a bar under your picture when you click on your profile page, you can make this bar reach green by making quizzes and posting a lot, and with time, the bar goes up, when it reaches full, you go to another level and it goes back to the beginning.
And with each level that goes up, the timelimit between posts gets smaller and smaller, like if you post really quickly, the timelimit will show up that you can't post every 30 seconds or so, but as your level increases, the timelimit gets less and less.
For example, I'm a Senior, and my timelimit is only 15 seconds. :3 -

I'm a Junior and my timelimit is 25 sec. Newbies are 45 sec.
