This is my experience. Recently, I checked my post time and it was 25 seconds. Few days later, I re-checked my post time and it was 0 second. And now, my post time is 20 seconds.
I've never spammed or post in any spam thread. Please check it for me. -
Your post time is supposed to be ~20 seconds. It's not supposed to reach zero at the experienced level. You happened to either: 1) have a glitch where the time was wrong or 2) you hit submit 20 seconds after your post and managed to get to 0 seconds instead of 1.

We can't "check" your time for you but I do know your post time is were it should be. No need to worry. :)
