  GoToQuiz is 8 years old,and honestly,its falling apart.Noobs and trolls are everywhere,and so is spam.I Would like to ask if I may build a new ,invite only website that largely cuts down on these problems.

  Trolls are all around, true. Be that as it may, there will be trolls in each group. In the event that the standards or rules are tight, then there would be less or no trolls in a community.
  
  Also, for noobs, I don't comprehend what to say.
  
  For building another forum, as you're considering, then form one. You don't need to design another GTQ but another site of your own idea.

  Do you not realise that GoToQuiz is primarily a quiz website. So unless you want to make a full quiz website, pay for a parge upkeep with minimal ads(as to not overload people), advertise it and monitor it 24/7 go the f--- ahead. No one is stopping you.
