there's nothing we can do about them unless they actually break the rules by doing something like spamming, posting obscene content, etc.

yeah but i joined when i was 10 so,
plus what can we do about it? we can't prevent people from joining
we can delete their posts if they spam or post offensive content, but we can't keep them from joining the site
