To post a link about anything you need to become a Junior.

You have to set link sharing on, and put it to either "anyone who has the link can view," "anyone who has the link can comment," or "anyone who has the link can edit."

Then, you take whatever generated link you get and copy-paste it. However, you need to be a Junior to properly link things, so just take out www. and you should be fine.
