Somebody reported me and my posting time increased to 29 seconds. My actual posting time should be 20 seconds. When will it turn to 20 seconds again? Or will it ever?

Probably when you will get to Advanced it will get back to normal.

As long as it was only one post, it should go away in a week or two. Since it wasn't a moderator it won't last too long.

Mine was exactly the same. My post time was 30 seconds. (still during advanced.) Although, now its at 23 seconds. So, you're not alone.

If I have not posted there, feather would have spammed the lounge. As you can see, on page 9 or somewhere of The Lounge, cute_le1F, Da Geek and feathertales was spamming. Only me, GOM and thos spammers were there. And now seriously I think we need more moderators. -

... At that time no moderators were on. We'll understand their problems: real life problems, school, homework, work, etc. And that's why wee need some more moderators, or there is one more possible way: appointing moderators for one part of the day.
Example:
Dark will be on from one time to another. After an interval, Pine will be on. After that another moderator. This will help to reduce spams in the forum to an extent. But this doesn't mean that if one moderator is online on their shift, and she should not be on for other time.
