But-
Is it technically spam if you're making useless posts in one thread that is your own? Well, when trolls spam, is it the same if its in one thread that is of their own? -
It would be on any other forum. But on this one, no.

If you're the one making the useless posts in your thread, no, because it's your thread and it's not affecting anyone else.
If a troll or someone else are posting useless posts in your thread and it bothers you, yes.
It's not technically spam if a troll spam in their own threads, because it's not bothering anyone and they are keeping it aklk in one thread. But if they make a lot of threads, and then they spam those threads, then yes. It depends how many threads are there.
