  29, I don't believe that's even possible, if it was, trust me there would be a couple quizzes that wouldn't be on my profile XD
  30, I don't think you can, but if I'm wrong, mods, please correct me.

  ^you can edit your quiz by finding any space that tells you to log into your quiz... As long as you know the login info you can edit most parts of yourquizzes

  Yes We CAN edit our quizzes that was already been published. Because just now I DID IT!
  Ans. 29: And yes we cannot delete a quiz but we can remake that quiz. We can delete all the question but we should have the same heading(quiz name).

  Alex3000: You can eit your unneccessary quizzes but with the same quiz name. Just log into it. (was not it my question? Lol)

  ^ can I change the title? No. So there's not point in changing the quiz. Plus I don't know if I'll remember the passes for those quizzes, they're very old.
