  Nothing (maybe), Just as we are in this level, we get the same experience there except for those added functions with each increase in level.

  No one's ever gotten there yet. I currently have the highest level achieved (along with a few other users).
  
  As for what happens? Probably nothing. Then again, I'd like to believe that GTQ Guy writes you a note on the forums, telling you that 1) you're a huge loser, stop spending so much time on his site, and 2) he's impressed and will give your icon/profile a tiny crown on the forums.
