  Hi
  You need to be of Novice status to be able to have a profile picture
  And you have to be of Junior status to be able to post links to other websites and stuff

  By leveling up your account
  This can be done by making quizzes, taking quizzes, commenting on quizzes as well as being an active user on the forums
  If your quiz makes it to the front page you also get a boost in your level up progress :D
