As I have said many times before:
Your best solution is to ignore them- do not engage a conversation, taunt them (troll them back), or warn them when you will mark their posts- and wait until some of us figure out what to email GTQ Guy to ask for more assistance on the matter. -

LostPlanemo NewbieNo, yellibg at them to stop and constantly complaining about them gives them what they want. they want attention and purposely ignoring them or yelling at them both do so but trolling them back does the exact opposite, it takes attention away from them.

Your logic is very flawed. It doesn't work, it just makes them laugh at your stupidity. Trolls aren't as dumb as they act online.
