Late post.
The offensive button is used for when it is necessary for a post to be deleted, such as when it's actually offensive. On a non-mobile device, the offensive button is on the right side of a post. It reads, "Offensive?". Click on it, and it'll read, "Yes" or "No". If it's offensive, click "Yes". If it's not, click "No". If you click "Yes", then it'll say "Thank you'.
Moderators have more of an affect on the offensive button. If they click the offensive button twice (I believe), then the post will be deleted. -

You can give me your password if you trust me enough, but not on here, via gmail or something and even if you do give it to someone be sure to change your password again when your done :)Moderator -

Noo, don't give it away on here! Then there's the possibility somebody else will snatch it from Kish before he can get the account and set up your profile picture, then change the password so that the account can't be used ever again. That's dangerous! Now, if you tell me the problems you're having with your profile picture, I could help you solve the problem without you having to give your password away.
