NOTHING I looked up worked, it all said no internet connection, unavaible except for this website...that is extremely weird.
My netflix didn't even work, I couldn't look up anything but this website... -
This website holds a power no mere mortal will ever hold the ability to understand. i had the same thing happen 5 times before.

GTQ has an insanely low requirement to run. If your internet is slow, it'll run. If your internet is fast, it'll run.
