Most of the posts I have made were deleted and I see other posts of mine marked as offensive when they are anything but that
I obviously know who is behind this all but could see if we could at least see who penalizes us?

It's not the best you can do. The best you can do is email GTQ Guy and hope he'll set your time back. Marking all of his posts offensive is one of the childish ways you could react.
