A user here, Zilla, is using some of my personal art for his picture without my permission whatsoever.

Here is a picture of his profile page, taken on January 16, 2014.

Here is the full picture, uploaded to my FurAffinity account on January 14, 2014.

I consider this art theft, and know that users here will agree. I have not stated anywhere in any of my information on my FurAffinity page that my art is free to use. I'm not sure what you would do in this situation, but I'm not asking you to ban him, and I feel that I have given proof that this user has stolen from me.

Proof of malicious intent. He took it only to upset her because she wouldn't draw something for free for him.

It could Fair Use but it could also be Infringement. I can look further into this if anyone wants me to.

I use art I find on Google Images for profile pics sometimes, but if the artist wants them off I'll do so.I feel like others should follow as well.

This was resolved between the two of us.

But yeah, Jade's right. Take it off if they want you to, and be able to provide credit if someone wants it.
