The cursing was censored to avoid breaking Da Rules.
See Rule #1
1. Do not harass, insult, or attempt to embarrass another person.
Cursing could easily be used to break this rule.
See rule #8
8. No racism, or hate speech.
Cursing is often used in hate speech.
However, I do agree that cursing should be allowed, for it lets us express ourselves freely. Cursing is, after all, a normal part of the world now.
But quitting? What the hell is your problem? It's just a little line, gosh. -
Actually, it's not. Firstly, we have a right to free speech, and it was always nice that we had that here, with all the other sites that were so adament on censoring. Secondly, posts with absolutely no curse words are being blocked with claim to offensive language. This is, as you might imagine, a problem. I'd quit if I hadn't promised to stay.
