  So, some user I know, here on this website joined today and is already I Novice. I tried doing what they did, so I can become a Novice and get to upload an avatar, but I've already made a few quizzes and some people took them. But I'm still a Newbie, with no level up. It's just that tiny sliver of red. Why is that? ;~;

  They link a quiz they've made from a previous profile to the current one. It's a cheap way to boost.
